Terms of Service

By creating an account on dapatotp.com you agree to these terms. Section 4 (numbers, codes and refunds) describes exactly what happens to your money in each case — please read it.

1. What this service is

DapatOTP provides temporary phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes. When you take a number we reserve it for you at an upstream supplier for a limited time and forward any SMS it receives to your account. We are a reseller; the numbers belong to the supplier and we depend on the supplier's availability.

2. Your account

• One person or business, one account. Keep your password and API key private — anyone holding your API key can spend your balance.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including via the API.
• We may suspend an account that abuses the service, charges back, or breaks section 6.

3. Balance and payment

• Numbers are paid from a prepaid balance in Malaysian ringgit. Balance is credited automatically when a USDT (TRC20) transfer confirms on-chain, or when an online payment clears.
• Balance is service credit, not a deposit. We do not pay balance back out as cash except at our discretion.
• Prices are per number and can change at any time, because our cost changes. The price is locked at the moment you take the number.

4. Numbers, codes and refunds

This is the part that matters most, so it is stated plainly:

Number issued, code received	No refund. You paid for the SMS and you received it — whether or not the app you used it with accepted the code.
Number issued, no SMS within the wait window	The order expires and the full price is refunded to your balance automatically.
You cancel the number	Allowed two minutes after the number was issued and before any SMS arrives. Full refund.
Number could not be issued	Nothing is charged, or the charge is refunded immediately.
Supplier did not respond	The order is held for manual review. You are not charged twice; if no number was issued, you are refunded.

What we cannot promise: that a given app will accept a given number, or that an SMS will arrive within the window. Route success rates are shown so you can judge the odds before paying. Numbers are shared over time: after your order ends the number returns to the pool. Do not use a temporary number for an account you need to recover by SMS later. We are not responsible for accounts lost because the number was later reassigned.

5. Using the API

Your API key spends your balance. Keep it secret and rotate it from the Account page if it leaks. The API is rate limited; sustained abuse of the limits may get the key or the account suspended.

6. What you may not do

• Use numbers for fraud, scams, impersonation, harassment, or to evade a ban imposed on you by another service.
• Use numbers for anything illegal in Malaysia or in the country the number belongs to, including money laundering or unlicensed financial activity.
• Register accounts to send spam, or in ways that break the target platform's terms in a manner that harms other people.
• Attack, probe or overload DapatOTP or the supplier's systems, or resell access while hiding that numbers are ultimately supplied by third parties, if that would mislead your own customers.

Whether a platform allows sign-up with a temporary number is between you and that platform. That risk is yours.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service up but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Countries, apps and routes appear and disappear as the supplier's stock changes.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost accounts, or action taken against you by the platform you registered with.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be announced in the dashboard. You may stop using the service at any time. We may close an account that breaches these terms, and will refund any unspent balance unless the breach involved fraud or a chargeback.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
